 I published the first edition of the Real Estate Update for Country Hills homeowners in 1977 when the homes were still brand new, as a method of keeping in touch with Country Hills homeowners, and as a way of keeping my clients informed of the ever-changing real estate market.

Much has changed over the last 33 years. Not only has real estate evolved in many ways over the last 3 decades, but so have the mediums of communication. Traditional newsletters, such as the ones I have used over the years, are still an effective way to keep in touch with people. However, these 'paper' newsletters are quickly giving way to the Internet and web pages as the most efficient means of keeping in touch with clients.

One thing has not changed since I entered the real estate industry in 1977. Most people still prefer the personal touch when buying or selling a home. I have always taken pride in dedicating the quality time and attention it takes to provide my clients with the professional level of service they deserve.

Experience is one of the main elements that a real estate Broker brings to the table to provide value for a client. I have sold several hundred homes thus far in my career, and I learn a little more with each sale.  Chuck Chambers is a native Californian who developed an interest in real estate at a relatively early age. Within months of completing his education at El Camino College and at the University of Long Beach in 1977, Chuck obtained his real estate license and went to work, specializing in the Country Hills neighborhood. And he hasn't looked back. Chuck works real estate as a full time profession, and devotes approximately 50 hours per week to the business of helping his clients buy and sell properties.

Chuck and Leslie Chambers have been together for over 29 years, and recently celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary. Leslie works part time, coordinates family activities and the occasional family getaway, and takes care of the family pet 'Lindsay', a feisty Lhasa Apso.

Chuck and Leslie have one daughter, Tracy Lee Chambers. Often called by her initials, "TLC" has graduated from High School and now going to college at Chapman University. Aside from her hobbies of dancing and skiing, Tracy likes writing, listening to music, and spending time with her friends. pet 'Lindsay', a feisty Lhasa Apso.

Chuck maintains the long term perspective when dealing with the daily challenges and rewards of the real estate profession. The needs of his clients are always his number one priority in any transaction.
